The main focus of the Smart City conference is to exchange knowledge and results of interdisciplinary research and development, referring to the evolution of today cities into smart cities of the future that are becoming more and more sustainable and environmentally friendly during the process. In the context of building ICT-based smart city ecosystems new knowledge, innovative technologies, business models, organization and management models as well as socio-economic impacts are covered. The conference will involve interdisciplinary scientists and experts from different fields of economy, environmental sciences, social sciences, computer science and engineering and the natural sciences and mathematics.
 

The venue will take place at University of Primorska, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies (FAMNIT), Glagoljaška 8, Koper, Slovenia.
