Combined with the cooperation of different scientific institutions in the bid (University of Primorska, University of Ljubljana, University of Maribor, Society of Mathematicians, Physicists and Astronomers of Slovenia, Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Mechanics, Slovenia and Abelium Ltd.), the organisation of the congress has a strong support in the local environment.
The organising committee was extended with representatives from institutions in the region (University of Rijeka, Serbian Academy of Science and Arts, TU Wien, University of Milano-Biocca, Eötvös Loránd University and University of Leoben), which further expand the support in the region for the congress in Portorož.

Individual packages:
