To reserve a room, visit Bernardin-Booking-webpage (prices that you see on this link are already reduced, if not, type UNIFMIF in the box "Access code" and click Modify!) or contact booking department of Hotel Bernardin via booking@h-bernardin.si, using booking code UNIFMIF in the subject line of your e-mail. We have negotiated special rates for Hotel Histrion and Grand Hotel Bernardin which are valid only if you make your reservation before May 1, 2024!
Important: The booking website only allows you to use these reduced rates for the period 8.June - 15.June. If you are planning to arrive few days before or/and leave few day after these dates, you will need to make two separate reservations and contact the hotel via booking@h-bernardin.si
Financial support: Limited funding is available to cover accommodation in a shared room for graduate students and early postdocs. If you have been granted a financial support, the organizing committee will make the reservation of the accommodation for you!

HOTEL HISTRION**** - the conference venue
Next to the former monastery church of St. Bernardin, after which the hotel complex was named, sits Histrion Hotel. Hotel guests have direct access to the Laguna Bernardin Water Park, Wellness Centre Laguna and Casino Bernardin.
The prestigious Grand Hotel Bernardin is located directly by the sea, between Portorož and Piran. It offers an excellent wellness centre, Paradise Spa, with saunas and various massages and an indoor swimming pool with heated sea water. All rooms have private balconies overlooking the sea. The hotel has a luxurious private beach.
Hotel Vile Park Premium, with its 66 renovated Premium rooms, is part of Hotel Vile Park, which consists of several villas. The villas are scattered around the picturesque ruins of the bell tower of the church of St. Bernardine. Some of the renovated rooms have balconies with views of the bay, and some have terraces with views of the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation. In addition to the elegant and comfortable rooms, you can also enjoy some relaxation at Sea Waterpark Termaris in the neighbouring Hotel Histrion, and at the outdoor beach and outdoor pool at Hotel Vile Park.
