The Slovenian Conference on Graph Theory, known also as "the Bled Conference", is returning in its 10th edition in June 2023. This time we again meet in Kranjska Gora. The format of the conference remains largely the same as in the last few incarnations, with a number of distinguished plenary speakers, specialised minisymposia and contributed talks in the general section.
