The visa system, which is used in Slovenia, is part of the legal order of the EU. It is divided into countries whose citizens need a visa to enter Slovenia and countries whose citizens do not need a visa to enter Slovenia. Visas are issued by Slovenian embassies and consulates.
In order to be issued a visa, a citizen of a third country must submit the required documentation and meet the conditions prescribed by law. List of required documentation may differ from country to country, so please check the conditions at the embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in your home country. If you need a Letter of guarantee to obtain a visa, we will provide it for you.
To obtain a Letter of guarantee, from each applicant, we need the following information.
- Name
- Surname
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- The information above should be written exactly as it is written in your passport.
- Name and address of the legal entity/company where the foreigner is employed
- Provide for accommodation (guarantor indicates the address)
- It is important to provide where you will stay during the conference. A reservation of a hotel or a hostel suffices.
The Faculty of Mathematics and Physics guarantees that you are attending the Positivity XI conference for the duration between July 9th and July 15th , which is going to be indicated on your Letter of guarantee.
