The conference fee is 230€ per person and it includes
- conference materials
- coffee breaks and light lunches
- welcome reception
- conference dinner.
PhD students and Postdocs can apply for a reduced conference fee of 115€. Upon registration, they should select the reduced option and send an application to positivity2023conference@gmail.com. Each application will be considered individually.
The excursion trip is optional, and it costs 30€ per person. The registration form allows you to add accompanying persons to the conference trip or dinner. The cost of the conference dinner for an accompanying person is 40€. The registration form also offers you some suggestions for accommodation. Since these are special offers for conference participants, the places are limited. Once registered, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
Please take note of the following deadlines:
- 15 March 2023: Opening of the abstract submission (further information will follow)
- 10 April 2023: Deadline for the applications to reduce the registration fee
- 31 May 2023: Deadline for the registration
- 10 June: Deadline for the payment of registration and other fees and the abstract submission.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, participation fee is returned if canceled by 10th June 2023, and 50 % will be returned if canceled by 5th July 2023, reduced for 30,00 EUR for processing fee. After this date, a refund is possible only if approved by the Organiser on a case-to-case basis.
