Depending on your citizenship you might need a visa to enter Slovenia. Please check with the ministry of foreign affairs in your country whether you need a visa for Slovenia and how to obtain one. You can also have a look at the website of the slovenian ministry of foreign affairs.
If you need a visa to enter Slovenia, you must first register for the event, book your hotel, fulfil Invitation letter and send it to sygn@upr.si. Organising Committee members will contact you and assist you through the process.
Application for a visa can be a lengthy process. We recommend that you start your visa application process as soon as possible.
